Gary Beale, Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder
Mr Beale's experience spans over 15 years in both the product development and management of innovative medical and commercial products with senior management positions held in the US with Boston Scientific and Microsulis Americas. He has a proven track record as Principal Engineer in the development of military and commercial microwave products with Thales and has published in numerous international scientific and medical journals including Nature.
Mr Beale is a certified project manager and is trained in the delivery of six sigma process excellence in design and manufacture.
Eamon McErlean, Chief Technology Officer, Co-founder
Mr McErlean's experience spans over 10 years in both the academic and industrial sector including senior research and product development positions held at Heriot-Watt University and Microsulis Medical. He has published in a number of scientific and engineering journals for commercial microwave applications, in addition to generating novel IP.
Mr McErlean is trained in the delivery of six sigma process excellence and is a qualified ISO 9001/13485 medical device lead auditor.
Derek Charge, Product Manager
Mr Charge’s experience spans over 20 years in various roles from production, service and support, with particular focus on product management and development. He has broad based engineering knowledge gained at Ferranti Defence Systems where he specialised in military radar products and has vast experience of commercial product management through positions held at SKF CMC where the product range covered applications in medical and commercial hand portable data collection devices.
Mr Charge is certified in Design for Six Sigma practices.
